1 packet of oat biscuits
1 tub of soft cheese
1 litre of double cream
2 blocks of butter
2 punnets of strawberries.
Put biscuits into a bag and crush into crumbs.
Add 1 block of melted butter and mix together.
Put the mixture into the bottom of the tin to make base
In a large mixing bowl combine cream and soft cheese.
Mix until it peaks then squeeze two teaspoons of lemon juice into the bowl.
Then process or mash-up 1 punnet of strawberries.
Gently fold the strawberry pulp into the cream mixture.
Pour contents of the bowl on top of the biscuit base. Leave in the fridge for 35 minutes. Decorate to your liking with diced strawberries.
