Here are some other ideas for what foods are in season NOW in Fife/Scotland…delicious green vegetables (such as leeks and kale, while curly leaf and flat leaf parsley), leafy salads and young carrots, and the first wild garlic are popping up everywhere.
Garden rhubarb is cropping and mint, sorrel and rosemary too, plus lush green spinach and purple sprouting broccoli.
