We’re delighted to welcome you to our new website. We knew for ages that the old one looked abit wonky and had caused some difficulties in navigating around. So we hope we’ve fixed that, and there are some other features.  Special thanks to Adrian Toll who’s been doing alot of work behind the scenes. If you have web projects – we can recommend him. You can search the site, an obvious but missing tool!

The recipe section is now overhauled so you can find stuff, go in and have a rake-around. We’ll be adding in loads of the recipes you’ve sent in over the last few weeks. We’ve also simplified things abit and taken the comments off every page. There will be new sections going out on ‘Getting Started’ plus a host of practical stuff.

This will again be the place for daily food news from round the region and the world. Leave your thoughts about our new look and how your getting on eating locally…

Liking the new website. I’m recently turned vegan so would love to see other peoples vegan recipes out there. Not that I can locate my neeps/parsnips etc right now, under all this snow!

    Hi Ceridwen
its just that we changed the font we used slightly for all but the first couple of recipe sheets. If you open the document or print it out it looks fine. Thanks for the feedback – we’re still loading across all the content from the old site.
    cheers
    Mike

    Glad to see the re-design.

Will check back again to see how things are progressing when glitches sorted – errr…theres a glitch on the month by month “Recipes” section – ie the last couple of months (at bottom) are very “faded” in appearance. I’m looking forward hopefully to seeing October recipes here too..

    regards
