A group of our research volunteers met for a special lunch on Saturday at Burntisland Parish Hall. Many thanks to all who came along – to Adam and Elly for working a weekend and to Charlie for his presentation on everyones carbon foodprint. We’re just adjusting these stats then publishing them next week. Thanks also to Mark Kisby from AV Dept who provided us with our presentation kit.
Lunch was Carrot and Coriander Soup, some beautiful Pillars salad with three choices of dressings and three breads from the Steamie Bakehouse. Congratulations to our lucky prize winners who were Suzy Goodsir who won the lunch for two at the Peat Inn, Liz Kane who won the Seedboms, Matthew Roberts who won Strawberry champagne, and Olive Drummond who won the Rhubarb bouquet.
