'Grow Your Own’ workshops in Glenrothes

Free ‘Grow Your Own’ workshops are available to residents in Glenrothes during April and early May. The workshops are available during the day and early evening and will be run by tutors from Elmwood College’s horticultural department.

Commenting on the programme, organiser Iain Anderson of the Fife Community Food Project team said:

“These workshops will deal with the practical side of starting and successfully maintaining a productive allotment or growing space in a garden. The only qualifications you need are enthusiasm and a pair of wellies.”

The workshops will take place at the new Auchmuty allotment site at MacDuff Raod on the following dates:
Day sessions: Wednesday 21st, 28th April and 5th May: 1-3pm
Evening sessions: Monday 19th, 26th April and 3rd May: 6.30-8.30pm
