The first of a monthly series of lectures by the One Planet Food project, run by the Centre for Stewardship starts this Thursday at the Stables, Falkland. There is a Fife Diet supper at 6 and the lecture starts at 7. Price is £5 (£3 unwaged/concession).
Helen Browning (OBE) is food and farming director at the Soil Association and an organic farmer in north Wiltshire. She also chairs the Food Ethics Council and the Animal Health and Welfare Implementation Group for England. She will talk on ‘Food Ethics: Local & Global’.
