Listen again to this excellent series from BBC Radio ‘Our Food Our Future’. This mornings programme (Monday 11 August) began to explore the issue of ‘national’ self-sufficiency. The series explores the facts and the myths surrounding the debate and the implications for food production in the future.     The honey is available in the veg shop in Burntisland. Perhaps there are other outlets too.
